Do you do regular nails?

No. We only provide the Dry (aka European/Russian) Technique for manicures and pedicures because it's gentler to the natural nail, the technique is more precise and detailed with meticulous cuticle care, reduced risk of infection and long-lasting results. 

What is your cancellation policy?

We request a 48-hour notice of any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. 

For appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service total.

In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service total.

We understand that emergencies happen and we will always try our best to accommodate your situation. Just make sure to reach out to us as soon as possible.

What is your late arrival policy?

We allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and considered a no-show. The customer will be charged a 100% of the service total. 

Please have in mind that finding street parking may take time, so please plan ahead. 

Let us know if you are running late.

Can I change service type?

The client will be charged the difference for downgrading services without 48-hour notice. 

This includes circumstances where client's lateness is the cause of the downgrade. 

Are nail fixes free?

If your manicure experiences any damage within 7 days of your initial service, reach out to us for a complimentary nail fix. Please note that this offer excludes nail breaks requiring extensions, for which the client is responsible for full payment. Any damage reported after 7 days will be repaired at a cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure your nails stay flawless.

Do you offer parking?

Unfortunately, we don't have parkings in our facility. For free parking: please park across the street at Ocean View Ave. There's 2h paid street parking in front of the studio and around the block.
